What payment methods do you accept?

For online orders shipped via USPS or placed for local public pickup, we securely accept all major credit cards, CashApp, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at checkout. Your information will not be stored with Finders Keepers Craft Co.

Do you accept cash?

We only accept cash for pre-arranged local orders from friends and family and at in-person shopping events. We cannot accept cash for any orders placed online, including by email.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! In fact, local pickup is highly preferred if you are in our area (greater Denver metro). Choosing local pickup completely waives the shipping fee, and we will coordinate a safe, convenient pickup time with you once your items are ready. Note: our pickup address is a local park, as we are a mobile business.

Where does "local pickup" happen?

If you are in our area (greater Denver metro), we can coordinate a pickup or drop-off spot with you. We proudly service the Westminster, Arvada, Lakewood, and Golden areas. Once your items are beautifully handcrafted and ready, we will reach out to you via email or text to coordinate a convenient pickup day and specific location that works best for both of us! Please be sure your contact information is correct when checking out online.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.50 on all shipped orders, regardless of how many items you bundle. Note: If you are bundling multiple items, please reach out and we will set up a custom link to buy, or order through our "Bundle Your Purchase" buttons, available on each page.

How do you ship orders?

All orders are securely packaged and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Once your package drops at the post office, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Because our items are handmade and occasionally customized, we do not accept exchanges.

Return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. All returns are subject to our strict discretion, and we reserve the right to refuse a return at any time. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving it so we can chat.

There are no returns for bundles. If you only send $20 for two of our glass can cups, you will only receive one cup as they are $12 each. Refunds on the remainder of your purchase will not be offered.

What do I agree to when I place an order?

By completing your purchase or submitting an order form with Finders Keepers Craft Co, you explicitly agree to the following terms:

• You verify that your shipping address is 100% correct (we are not responsible for USPS delivery failures due to incorrect addresses).

• You understand our strict no-exchange and discretionary return policy.

• You acknowledge that because our goods are individually handcrafted, minor artistic variations can occur, making your item uniquely yours!
